  Acne diet

The truth is that there is no diet against acne! However, refraining from certain products is worthwhile.

A lot of people consider that acne is caused by nutrition. However, in truth, food does not affect the appearance of acne. That opinion was denied by the preformed research. A great number of scientific research prove that the usage of chocolate, meat, nuts, cheese or other fat food neither cause the disease nor aggravate its effects. Perhaps it is more psychological factors, appearing with the increase of hunger for sweet and acne skin rash, that play their role in such cases.

Naturally, each time you can notice which products worsen the state of skin. It is important to pay attention to such observations. It is then necessary to avoid using those food substances.

Health nutrition is important when one is exposed to acne disease.

Healthy nutrition as well as avoidance of alcohol and nicotine help the skin recover. Once you take healthy food, the body can manage emerging skin disorders much easier. Wholesome nutrition is of extreme importance during the growing period and should not be ignored by the grown-ups.

All food products are divided into 6 groups that make up the Food Guide Pyramid. The most recommended products comprise bread, potatoes (not French fries) and cereals which make up the basis of the pyramid. The vegetable and fruit groups go next. Milk, cottage cheese, yogurt as well as meat, poultry, fish, legumes, eggs and nuts make up the third layer of the pyramid. The least part of food ration are to be fats, oils, sugar and sweets that are at the top of the pyramid.

In order to follow healthy nutrition I recommend:

Take products from all six product groups every day. Let the majority of the products be from the basis of the pyramid and eat little sugar and fats. Eat regular, healthy and fresh food. In addition, do not forget to take the required amount of liquid throughout the day, preferably water.
