- The pills have to be taken after the meal, which increases the tolerance.
- It is best to divide the dose into tree parts to be taken in the morning, during the day and in the evening.
- When acne diminishes, it is possible to minimize the quantity to 3 g per day.
- At the very beginning, the following side effects might be observed: headache, fatigue and diarrhea, which disappear after some time. Shall the side effects remain further usage of vitamin B5 is to be discontinued.
- It is advised to be taking zinc substances at the same time.
